COVID-19 Update InformationAs we continue to navigate through Covid-19, we wanted to update you on a few things that will be different when you bring your child for their visit. While we hope to get back to normal eventually, we want everyone to know that the most important thing to us is the safety of our patients, team members and their families.
We ask that if the patient has or has had symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 24 hours or they themselves have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, to please call and we will reschedule the appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your child’s appointment!
The morning of your appointment you will receive a check-in text. Please check-in and complete the update paperwork attached. When you arrive to the appointment, you will find an information board in front of our door. You will be directed to park in a numbered parking spot and text the spot number to the number listed on the sign (470-460-5906). Please remain in your vehicle and a team member will come to you. We will review the scheduled procedures for that appointment and answer any questions you may have.
For those of you with children over the age of 5, we ask that you remain in your vehicle during your child(ren)’s appointment. For those of you with children under the age of 5, you may accompany your child(ren) during their appointment. Please know that you are welcome to come inside, if that is what’s best for your child(ren).
You must wear a mask or face covering to enter the building. NO EXCEPTIONS! We will be checking temperatures and applying hand sanitizer for anyone entering the building. Please know that anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will be asked to reschedule.
The team member will escort your child through their visit and return them to you with any update from the doctor. All check out processes such as payment, scheduling treatment or insurance questions will be done by phone prior to you leaving the parking lot!
