We therefore ask that you not include personal health information in your message. Please call us if you’d like to send us personal information so that we can make sure it’s handled securely.
As we move into the re-opening phase, we wanted to update you on a few things that will be different when you bring your child for their visit. While we hope to get back to normal eventually, we want everyone to know that the most important thing to us is the safety of our patients, team members and their families. We are operating on a limited patient care schedule, so if your schedule changes please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your child(ren)’s appointment to avoid the $50 per appointment cancellation fee. This will ensure that we accommodate all of the patients that would like to be seen!
We ask that if anyone in your household has had a consistent cough, has COVID-19 or has been exposed to it, to please reschedule 2 weeks out.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your child’s appointment!
When you arrive for your child(ren)’s appointment, you will be greeted curbside, given a health history update and assigned a parking spot. Please proceed to your assigned parking spot and complete the health history update.
When we are ready to seat your child(ren), a team member will come to your car, review the scheduled procedures for that appointment and answer any questions you may have. For those of you with children over the age of 5, we ask that you remain in your car during your child(ren)’s appointment. For those of you with children under the age of 5, you may accompany your child(ren) during their appointment. You must provide your own mask or face covering in order to enter the building!
We will be checking temperatures and applying hand sanitizer for anyone entering the building. Please know that anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will be asked to reschedule. ***Please leave your a/c running while you are waiting!!!
The team member will escort your child through their visit and return them to you with any update from the doctor.
All check out processes such as payment, scheduling treatment or insurance questions will be done by phone prior to you leaving the parking lot!
